One of the most difficult things to carve out at work is space for personal reflection. But doing so is vital: it helps us regain perspective, remain grounded in our value, and access our innate wisdom.
Taking 10 or 15 minutes a day to consider what you should eliminate, raise, reduce and create about your work can transform your resilience and resourcefulness. When the going gets tough, it might feel difficult to spare the time for this. But it’s precisely at those moments when you stand to make the greatest gains.
