Crises can challenge an organisation’s sense of self-identity, vision and values. How effectively we have nurtured awareness of who we are, and how we show up in the world, can have a huge bearing on how we deal with change.

This process takes time. But it is never too late to start interrogating what your organisation stands for and lives by. The next crisis will be here soon enough.

Something to consider: what seeds are we sowing with our people? And what is the answer to that question telling me about what we might reap in the future?
