Small change: slow down to speed up

The result? Budgets blown. Promises broken. And people on the verge of exhaustion.

Don’t be the leader who writes a strategic cheque that reality can’t cash. Instead, acknowledge the reality that sustainable change takes time, and help your organisation embrace this fact.

After all, your business might not enjoy the length of time that meaningful change takes. But it will really not enjoy spending far longer cleaning up the mess that poor planning leaves in its wake.
