Small change: use your imagination

Welcome to 2024. The new year. But, if you read the press, the same old story. After the fireworks, the fatigue. January blues. Drift. Decline.

Such framing doesn’t serve anyone (except journalists). The mind cannot pursue negative goals. There is no value in asking for 2024 to be “a bit less crap” than 2023.

Instead, use your imagination. What if this year was transformative for you and your team in all the right ways? What if it delivered a beautiful breakthrough? What would that look like? What would that feel like?

Napoleon Hill had it bang to rights a century ago: whatever the mind can visualise, the mind can create.

Something to consider: in what I imagine 2024 to be, what am I voting for?
